Domain names for sale · Two .com names

àvendre.com is for sale. So is àlouer.com.

“À vendre” and “à louer” mean “for sale” and “for rent”. They are the words on every French-language real estate sign. Both names are offered together to one company that plans to use them: listing portal, brokerage network, real estate group, media company, proptech or institutional investor.

The names

Two expressions. The whole property market.

In French, a property is either “à vendre” or “à louer”. This offer brings both words under one brand, on .com.

Understood instantly

No name to explain, no brand to build. French speakers know exactly what to expect on àvendre.com and àlouer.com.

Sales and rentals

The two main real estate markets under one banner, from a first apartment to buying a house.

On every street

Every “À vendre” or “À louer” sign in front of a building echoes the site’s name. Few brands get that kind of presence in public space.

A .com spelled in French

The most recognized extension, with the language’s own accent. On a French AZERTY keyboard, “à” is a single key.

Questions

Before you write to us.

All questions

What is the price?

Price and terms are in the full information pack, shared with qualified acquirers once the NDA is signed.

Can I acquire just one of the two names?

No. Both names are sold together. They reinforce each other and together cover sales and rentals.

What about the version without the accent?

avendre.com and alouer.com are separate names and are not part of this offer. The accent is part of French spelling and is supported by browsers, registries and security certificates.

How does payment work?

Through an independent escrow service. You deposit the funds, the names are transferred to you, then the funds are released to the seller. Neither party takes any risk.
